Frequently asked Odoo questions

Find quick solutions and explanations for common problems that many Odoo users encounter.

An error has occurred at the hosting center and the server needs to be restarted. Contact us and we will resolve the error as soon as possible - it usually only takes a few minutes.

This is usually a browser issue. Try clearing browser data. In Chrome, you do this by clicking on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser, clicking on "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data". Select "last 24 hours" or "last week" and click "Clear browser data". After that, Odoo should work again. If Odoo still does not work, contact us.

Try pressing F5 and the browser will refresh. If this does not help, you can try clearing browser data. In Chrome, you do this by clicking on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser, clicking on "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data". Select "last 24 hours" or "last week" and click "Clear browser data". After that, Odoo should work again. If Odoo still does not work, contact us.

Depending on the task you have asked Odoo to perform, the loading time may well be long. This applies in particular when large amounts of data are to be loaded - e.g. stock number. In these cases, you must be patient. Should Odoo still load for too long (especially for small tasks), then an error has probably occurred on the server, and a restart of the server is therefore necessary at the hosting center. Contact us - and we will get it resolved as soon as possible. It usually only takes a few minutes.
