Odoo pricing
Odoo offers three different licensing plans. All plans come with the option for a discount in the first year and support various hosting options, including Odoo Online for the one app free and standard plans, and Odoo.sh or on-premise solutions for the Custom plan.
One app free
Free / user / month
Perfect for startups or small teams that need one Odoo app. This plan includes unlimited users at no cost.
Standard plan
€ 46.70 / user / month
A comprehensive solution for companies that require access to all Odoo apps without customizations.
Ideal for companies that want to standardize their operations on a reliable cloud platform.
Custom plan
€ 37.40 / user / month
Includes all features from the Standard plan plus extra options like Odoo Studio, multi-company setup, and access to external API.
Perfect for companies that require more customization and control over their systems.
Note that the cost of Odoo.sh hosting is not included.
All prices are given in €, as the licenses are purchased directly from Odoo.com, but we can assist you with the entire ordering process. Our ERP consultants can guide you through the various plans and help you choose the solution that best suits your needs.

Our consulting prices are based on hourly usage and vary depending on the type and complexity of the task. A supplement is added for work outside normal working hours and on weekends.

The price of the Odoo license depends on the number of users and the chosen plan. There is also the possibility of Odoo.sh hosting, which affects the total price.
Odoo's licenses include access to a wide range of Odoo applications through a robust cloud-based infrastructure, including web hosting, daily backups distributed over multiple locations, email integration, high security, continuous monitoring and facilities to manage your Odoo setup.
Additionally, all licenses offer email support in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish and Dutch) during business hours Monday to Friday, as well as free access to Odoo's online training platform. Regular system updates are also part of the package.
What is not included:
- Hosted solutions on Odoo.sh for custom developments (free hosting available on Odoo Online)
- System implementation services and expert advice
- Credits for in-app purchases such as SMS services, contact information auto-fill, lead generation, and intelligence for scanning invoices and expenses from suppliers.
