Questions?
Our team assists you by providing tools and materials or resolving issues you encounter in standard applications with your Odoo database or your Odoo account and subscription. We do not make changes to your production database without your permission and provide you with the materials and knowledge to handle it yourself! If the issue is a generic error, we notify Odoo, which takes over the case from there.
The difference between FlexCare Light and the user-based FlexCare packages lies in the scope of support and SLA response times. With FlexCare Light, you gain access to our Helpdesk, but support is billed hourly, with a response time of 6 hours for normal support and 3 hours for critical support. The user-based packages offer unlimited support (up to 60 minutes per case) at no extra cost, a 4-hour response time for normal support, and just a 1-hour response time for critical support. They also include an annual Odoo Health Check and a 20% discount on FlexERP webinars.
A functional support case involves assistance with specific tasks in Odoo, such as setting up VAT or generating reports. It focuses on resolving specific issues and ensuring proper use of the system. Training, on the other hand, is structured instruction on Odoo's features and processes and is not included in FlexCare.
The price of the user-based FlexCare packages is automatically adjusted based on the number of active Odoo users. If the number of users changes, the price is updated at the next billing cycle.
Yes, it is possible to get support without a FlexCare subscription. You must first contact our sales department to have a quote prepared and approved for each inquiry before we can provide support. Expect a longer response time, typically 5-10 days, and a higher rate of DKK 1,095 per hour, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes. FlexCare subscribers receive prioritized support and shorter response times.
The following services are not included in FlexCare support:
- Direct training: Structured instruction in Odoo's features.
- Implementation: Setting up new features or modules.
- Customizations: Changes to Odoo's standard functionality and interventions on the customer's own servers or third-party accounts.
- Maintenance or troubleshooting of external modules: Modules developed by FlexERP or third parties (e.g., purchased from the Odoo App Store).
- Database upgrade: Updating to newer versions of Odoo, as well as errors or issues that should have been identified during the upgrade.
These services can be provided as consulting assistance for an additional fee.
If your issue is caused by a generic error in Odoo's standard features, we will report the error to Odoo's development team. They will then handle the case and work on a solution. We will keep you updated on the status and any necessary actions on your part.
SLA for response time specifies the maximum time it takes for our support team to respond to your support request and begin working on it. The time is measured from the moment your request is received and logged and applies only during our business hours. This does not mean the issue will necessarily be resolved within this timeframe, but that we will start addressing your case.
