FlexERP ApS has been acquired by Norway's leading Odoo partner, Flyt Norge AS. The acquisition creates a new, strong player in the Scandinavian market for Odoo ERP systems and signals the launch of an ambitious joint growth strategy across the entire region.
FlexERP ApS, a recognized Danish provider of Odoo ERP solutions, is changing its name to Flyt Danmark ApS with founder Alex Lyngsøe at the helm as managing director. The acquisition is a strategic move to unite the two companies’ deep expertise and resources in order to serve larger clients and accelerate the adoption of Odoo in Denmark, Norway, and the rest of Scandinavia.
For current customers of FlexERP ApS, the new ownership means access to an even wider range of expertise and the support of a larger organization, while maintaining the close and local customer relationship.
