Create and send bank payments in Odoo
With our bank payment module, you achieve significant time savings and increased efficiency in handling your bank payments.
With the Bank Payment module, you can:
- Create and send payments with a few clicks to both Danish bank accounts and international IBAN accounts.
- Make payments via deposit slips easily and efficiently.
- Get updated information on the status of your bank payments.
How it works
1. When you receive an invoice and specify the supplier, the supplier's bank details are automatically added.
2. After posting the invoice, select 'Record payment' to view and confirm payment details.
3. Confirm details and select 'Create payment'. The payment is now ready in Odoo, and the invoice is marked as 'In payment'. Similarly, the invoice is reconciled with the newly created payment, making the outstanding amount 0.
4. Now send the payment directly to the bank by selecting the payment(s) to be sent and choosing 'Send payment'. It's also possible to skip this step by setting up automatic payment, in which case the payment is sent to the bank as soon as you create it.
In addition to creating and sending bank payments, it's also possible to view the status of bank payments. The status is updated once a day by default.
Setup in three simple steps
To get started streamlining your bank payments through Odoo, follow these simple steps:
1. Create a Bank Connect agreement to ensure secure data sharing between your company and Odoo.
2. Send necessary information from your agreement document to FlexERP, including VAT number, registration and account numbers, bank's SWIFT, activation code, and agreement ID.
3. FlexERP will then handle the technical setup and ensure a seamless connection between your bank and Odoo.
